Застосунок «Архів документів» для macOS · чинна з 7 листопада 2026 р.
Застосунок працює з документами, які користувач сам додає до архіву, їхніми реквізитами (назва, номер, дата, категорія, підрозділ, служби тощо) та з адресою й іменем Google-акаунта, під яким виконано вхід.
Застосунок запитує доступ до Google Drive лише для того, щоб завантажувати, читати, оновлювати й відновлювати файли архіву в обраній користувачем папці та синхронізувати архів між двома комп'ютерами. Дані з Google Drive не використовуються для реклами, не продаються, не передаються третім особам і не використовуються для навчання моделей штучного інтелекту.
Використання даних, отриманих через Google API, відповідає Google API Services User Data Policy, зокрема вимогам Limited Use.
Користувач може будь-коли вийти з акаунта в налаштуваннях застосунку, видалити застосунок і його дані з Mac, а також відкликати доступ на сторінці myaccount.google.com/permissions. Файли в Google Drive залишаються під повним контролем користувача.

“Document Archive” macOS app · effective November 7, 2026
The app processes only the documents the user adds to the archive, their metadata, and the name and email address of the signed-in Google account. The registry is stored locally on the user's Mac; files and the change log are stored only in the user's own Google Drive folder chosen by the user; the Google token is stored only in the macOS Keychain. The app has no backend server and does not send any data to the developer or to third parties.
Google Drive access is used solely to upload, read, update and restore the archive files in the user-selected folder and to synchronize the archive between two computers. Data obtained through Google APIs is not used for advertising, is not sold or transferred to third parties, and is not used to train AI models. The app's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Users can sign out in the app settings, delete the app and its local data, and revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Contact: t.iedinak@gmail.com
